Universal Lending is proud to offer a free educational Reverse Mortgage Seminar.  It is primarily tailored for church, civic, and senior citizens groups.  However, it can be modified to meet the specific needs of your group.  The time frame required is typically an hour, plus time for questions and answers.
     
 

The focus of this free seminar is educational. It is NOT a sales pitch.  The intent is to clear up a significant amount of misinformation regarding Reverse Mortgages.  It provides attendees with the facts; which include an overview of the various types of Reverse Mortgages, how a Reverse Mortgage loan is originated, the standard requirements, regulations, and important background information.
     
 

The seminar can be presented to any size group or organization at your location.  Information packets and pamphlets will be provided to all attendees.  If anyone is interested in obtaining more personal information, they will be assisted on a face to face basis, after the seminar.
